Code of Ethics

In light of the current dire conditions in Lebanon, each and everyone is called upon to act ethically, responsibly and respectfully. All members understand that their long-term interest is to have at heart the collective well-being of all other members and of the broader community.

Accordingly, all members are invited to:

• Minimize profit margins and avoid exploiting any relative advantages, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all.
• Commit for stringent ethical standards in all dealings.
• Lead by example through ethical behavior, and where necessary, waive any entitlement to confidentiality in the interest of transparency and integrity.

By accepting this engagement, I commit to the following principles:

Commitment to Obligations

I undertake to comply with all contractual and ethical obligations arising from my participation in the platform, and shall fulfil such obligations with integrity, accountability and good faith.

I shall conduct all interactions with honesty, fairness and transparency, refraining from any behavior that could compromise the trust of members or the credibility of the platform.

Confidentiality and Accuracy

I commit to the accuracy of the information I submit, the confidentiality of data exchanged and the privacy rights of all members.

I acknowledge my responsibility as a member of the society, and undertake to act responsibly for the wellbeing of my community, contributing to its development and positive social impact.

Respect and Professional Conduct

I commit to uphold my values and responsible behavior, treating all members with dignity and respect, and honoring all my obligations following my participating in the platform.
